1. Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO)

Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO) is a hands-on, activity-based course where students explore Professional Scrum and develop an understanding of the critical role that the Product Owner plays on the Scrum Team. Throughout the class, students learn a number of Product Ownership practices that they can use once they leave the classroom while also receiving an introduction to Agile Product Management.
The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification exam.

Course Description

The Product Owner is pivotal to bridging business strategy and product execution in order to help the Scrum Team create valuable products.
In this two day class students will develop and solidify their knowledge of the Scrum framework and the accountabilities of being a Product Owner through instruction and team-based exercises. Students learn techniques that they can use to help them overcome the challenges that are often encountered on a day-to-day basis. They will do this while learning better ways to work with the organization, stakeholders, customers and their team to provide greater value in the product being delivered.

LIVE VIRTUAL CLASS FORMAT

Students work in teams. They learn through team assignments, discussions and hands-on exercises.

The course used Zoom and MURAL collaboration tools. Access to these tools is provided.

Assessment and certification

All participants completing the Professional Scrum Product Owner course receive a password to take the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) assessment. The industry-recognized PSPO I certification requires a minimum passing score of 85%. PSPO class participants who attempt the PSPO I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a second attempt at no additional cost.
You are also entitled to a discount on the PSPO II assessment once passing PSPO I.


2. Growth Master Training

Breakout growth requires an effective Growth Master leading the charge. This is a course that will teach participants the fundamentals to become effective Growth Masters. It includes best practices for leading a team to execute a growth process that drives results, based on experiences collected from breakout success companies such as Facebook, Uber, and Slack. This course is designed for anyone who wants to become an effective Growth Master. Effective growth masters often have backgrounds as marketers, product managers, growth analysts, executives, or entrepreneurs.

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts in March 2022. We will communicate through email with all the information and dates. You will be taking a total of four 4-hour live and online meetings, regarding the Product Owner certification. The Growth Master certification will be taken through pre-recorded classes (self-paced online course). Discount for MA groups is up to 28%.
How long do I have access to the course?
Product Owner certification: live classes are available on specific dates, every two weeks. Growth Master certification: for early groups, the live classes are available on specific dates. After enrolling, both early groups and individuals have unlimited access to the pre-recorded course.
Do you provide a refund?
Refunds are available up to a week prior to the first live class. In case you can't attend on the pre-scheduled dates, reach out to our team to receive suggested dates and join a new class.
Are there extra costs to take the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO) certification or the Growth Master certification?
All participants completing the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO) course will receive a password to attempt the PSPO I certification exam. The industry-recognized PSPO I certification requires a minimum passing score of 85%.
